ABCO Builders main concern throughout pre-construction services is to convey the owner's thoughts and ideas into a finished product that proudly reflects the image of everyone involved. Pre-construction services include:

• Estimating. Budget estimates using the latest software available including Timberline Estimating Software and our extensive data base of labor and material cost from all over the country can be done from conceptual drawings or descriptions.

• Value Engineering. The hundreds of years of construction knowledge possessed by our employees allow ABCO Builders to examine alternative construction techniques and material for cost efficiencies, effect on schedule, and general constructability. These techniques allow value oriented, quality projects to be delivered in the most efficient time. Specialized subcontractors are often called upon for their expertise in specific fields.

• Scheduling. Primavera3(P3) scheduling software based on the Critical Path Method (CPM) can be employed to generate a continually updated printed schedule. As alternative construction methods and materials are examined, the impact on the schedule can be easily assessed.
